Her Master's Walks are
a series of walking books covering the area of the
Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. The first
four books covered Swaledale, Wensleydale and
Wharfedale. The fifth book Her Master's Walks in
the Hambleton Hills is now ready and this is my
first book on the North York Moors. Future titles
will include the Cleveland Hills, the Esk Valley,
the Heritage Coast and the Moorland Dales. And look
out for Upper Teesdale next year!
Each walk in the books has a
full colour map with numbered arrow pointers. The
route directions include grid references to aid map
reading. The map and directions face each other in
the book which fits into a standard map case
enabling all essentiol information to be
viewed.
